    Open the app, choose a window or a display, and a Quality Preset.

    Start the Stream and copy the Invite Link into your group chat.

    Friends open the link and watch. Talk in Discord alongside, like you already do.

Questions

Do my friends need to install anything?

No. Viewers open the Invite Link in a desktop browser, type a nickname and watch. The desktop app is only needed to Go Live.

What do I need to stream?

A Windows PC with the Screen Share app. During the beta you sign in and enter an Invite Code once to create Rooms and Go Live.

How good is the quality?

Up to 4K at 30 fps, or 1440p and 1080p at 60 fps. Your upload speed sets the limit: if it can't keep up, the Stream lowers its resolution on its own.

Does it work on phones?

Not yet. Watching is supported in desktop browsers, and streaming on Windows.

How much does it cost?

It's free during the invite-only beta. Plans come later.
